What is the 3D Imaging and Animation program?

The exciting degree in 3D Imaging and Animation will give students a strong foundation in the fundamentals of artistic design, story development, project management, digital content creation, and portfolio development. It will also offer the student an advanced skill set in 3D modeling, character design, animation, and video game simulation. This dynamic bachelor's degree program is carefully tailored toward producing an advanced and versatile 3D artist who is marketable to a wide range of employment opportunities.

What will I learn to do?

You will learn to use the techniques employed in 3D modeling and animation like those used in the film, game and simulation design fields. Students work with the latest 3D applications and compositing software as they conceptualize, design and plan animated works, learning about story development and artistic techniques. Along the way, you will also study entertainment law, lighting techniques, communications, and more.
