If you enjoy working with people and want a solid, flexible future, then you should consider the Barber Stylist program at Virginia College. This program gives you the training you need to prepare for the Board of Barber Examiners licensing examination.
Like all Virginia College programs, you get practical, hands-on technical training while learning about laws, rules and regulations that pertain to the field. And you will learn on the same equipment you will use when you begin your new career. Classes are generally taught by those working in the field, people who know what employers are looking for.
