Senior Culinard Students Show Creative Skills at Quarterly Buffet

Posted: Monday, September 14, 2009

As usual, creativity was on display at the recent quarterly grand buffet, which allows students to express their creativity and skills learned at Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College.  Students from Chef Jerome's, Chef Wilson's and Chef Danks's classes participated in this event.  This quarter's theme was "Pirates of the Caribbean."  Chef Antony Osborne, Dean of Culinard, noted that he was extremely proud of all their efforts and felt it was among the best yet.

"We have received many positive reviews from our guests and family members who attended the function," says Chef Osborne. "Of course, the creations tasted even better than they looked!" he noted.
