The competitors were dreading this week's challenge on HGTV's nationally televised program "DESIGN STAR."  It was the "kitchen challenge," and the judges were particularly harsh on the competitors.  However, Virginia College Interior Design graduate Jason Champion survived to compete again.  The program airs on Sunday nights at 10 PM EDT on the HGTV Network.  Check local listings or your cable/satellite guide for the channel in your area.
