Barber Stylist Class at Virginia College Jackson Gives Back to Community

Twelve students from the Barber Stylist program at Virginia College in Jackson, Mississippi, recently gave over 100 free haircuts to students at Sam M. Brinkley Middle School in Jackson. It was not only a way to get real-world experience for the Virginia College students but it was also a way for them to give back to the community.
First Lady Michelle Obama visited that same school the day before on her first official visit to Mississippi. The class has plans to do many more similar community service projects.
