Virginia College School of Business and Health in Chattanooga, Tennessee, has named Jack Clark as the President of the campus. Clark brings over twenty-five years of senior leadership experience in the healthcare industry, including tenure with organizations that include Owens & Minor, Fisher Scientific, Omnicare, Matria Healthcare, Novamed, and most recently Alere. He started his career working with Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola USA, and Campbell Soup Company, primarily in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Mike Largent, Regional Vice-President at Virginia College, says, "We are pleased to attract someone with Jack's strong, customer-focused background to one of our schools. We are confident he will continue our policy of 'student first' as we prepare graduates for success in their chosen career fields. Jack's background in healthcare is especially appropriate considering our emphasis on medical and personal care careers."
Jack and his wife, Cathy, have two children and four grandchildren. He and his wife will be relocating to Chattanooga from Roswell, Georgia, but he has already begun his duties at the school.
